Attention General Manager,
We contacted Honda West and spoke with Gary Dvorsky about buying a new Civic. Gary was very pleasant on the phone and we made an appointment to visit the dealership.  We were running late and Gary called to to see if we were ok, we thought here is a fellow who cares.
When we went in, Gary greeted us warmly and our son looked at many cars and had many questions, Gary never ran out of patience. There were some hurdles to overcome during the sale and Gary handled all of them for us and after two days and six phone calls our son was able to take delivery of his 2009 Honda Civic.
Our family would have given up hope for this all to happen and if it had not been for Gary Dvorsky working so hard for us. Gary was friendly, never impatient, positive at all times and his exuberant way and detremination helped this family.
